Oils to Cook With

Suggested Donation $5

There is a lot of talk about some of the oils being dangerous to use in cooking or in any occasion.

Relative to other oils, canola (made from the seeds of a yellow-flowered plant) and olive oils are rich in monounsaturated fats—the kind that help reduce “unhealthy” LDL cholesterol and boost “healthy” HDL cholesterol; but are they both safe to use? Enjoy this beautifully illustrated PowerPoint presentation which includes notes on each slide.

Your donation is appreciated
Health Education Resources is committed to producing up-to-date informative health lectures and at times relies on other health professionals in researching and writing the lecture and HER pays to have it illustrated. While HER does not own the artwork we do pay for professional illustration and your donation will make it possible for this service to continue.
